About Us

Luke is an educator and elite sports coach. He has two decades experience in coaching, teaching, educating and mentoring young people and adults. Luke has developed a comprehensive syllabus of human and performance education, through the enhancement of the programmes he runs, which look at values, behaviours and strategies that we can all use in everyday life.

After completing his degree in sports science and coaching Luke spent decades experimenting with psychological theories, neuroscience and a values based approach, in a practical setting. Luke builds on his knowledge year on year based on the new understanding that he discovers. Luke is father to his 8 year old son and 5 year old daughter, who are the inspiration for the stories written by the CourageCoach.

Luke is husband to Grace.

 Grace has a creative background, completing a degree in Dance performance. Grace has worked in a variety of settings as a tutor, mentor, performance coach and teacher, where she has helped many young people with their human and performance education. Her passion for the mental health and wellbeing of people has become forefront of her education as she continues to build her knowledge, including completing a CBT training course.

Married to Luke and mother of two children, Grace and Luke use their everyday family life as well as their differing and complimentary knowledge base to enhance the provision that the CourageCoach offers.  

James has a background in sport, education and information technology. He is a qualified behaviourist and hypnotherapist with a passion for coaching and psychology. He has worked in education for the last 18 years, a career he finds enormously rewarding.

James is a very proud husband and father, married with two children (aged 9 and 6). He spends much of his spare time working on various projects related to education/coaching, integrating emerging technologies and theories with holistic developmental provisions.
